• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
• Delivery time varies depending on your location:
• Metro cities: 2–4 working days
• Other locations: 4–7 working days
• Delays may occur during public holidays, natural calamities, or unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• For orders below the threshold, a standard shipping fee of ₹60/-applies.

Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
• You can also track your order in the ‘My Orders’ section of your account.

Delivery Partners
• We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
• All shipments are packed securely to maintain product integrity, especially for temperature-sensitive or fragile items.
